The founder of the investment holding Glorax Group, which includes a company Glorax Development, one of the largest developers of St. Petersburg, gave an interview to the publication “RIA Realty”. Andrei Birzhin spoke about seven business areas and further plans for the development of the Group.
In just a few years, Glorax Development has become one of the leading developers in the North-West region, and according to the latest data entered the top-5 largest developers in St. Petersburg. Andrey Birzhin stressed in an interview that the first priority for the company has always been the withdrawal of high-quality projects that will be in demand by buyers. “We offered the market residential complexes with underground parking, individual infrastructure, social facilities, and the market appreciated the high quality of the product,” says Andrei Birzhin. It is an integrated approach to the creation of new territories that allowed Glorax Development to become the industry leaders in such a short period of time.
One of the main news of the autumn was the release of Glorax Development on the capital market. In an interview, the founder of Glorax Group stressed that the company does not intend to limit itself by one platform and new projects will be announced next year.
In addition, Andrei Birzhin spoke about the planned strengthening of the Glorax Life direction, which is associated with a healthy lifestyle and sports. Active work on creation of own network of fitness centers in the Central and North-West region is conducted. At the moment, the working group is looking for suitable premises for the clubs. Glorax Group already has a positive experience in managing sports facilities – the Group includes one of the largest fitness clubs in the Moscow region “Olimp” in the city of Khotkovo.
The founder of Glorax Group emphasized that the successful work of the Group in various sectors is possible due to the experience and expertise in the relevant industries. “Business diversification is good, but if you clearly understand what your key competencies are. When we formed seven of our directions, we immediately outlined those segments in which we understand and are ready to invest. Nevertheless, we are constantly looking at new projects, we have a special group that analyzes 10-15 projects per month,” says Andrei Birzhin.
